Upgrade to existing Electrical & Mechanical infrastructure, construct fenced Electrical yard, Boiler room with Equipment yard and two electrical rooms with the required structural supports and seismic bracings.
New Hot water Generator 600KW/750kva, 3300 Gal Tank, 3000Amp Switchboard, ATSs, Panel boards, Electrical control center upgrade. New Air Cooled Water Chiller, Two new boilers, CHWPs, HHWPs, SPs, Chemical Pot Feeders, Air separators, Fan and cooling coil equipment and water softener system upgrade.

Swap of 120 existing Omnicell with new including existing anchorage investigation, new seismic supports and install new machines.
Investigation, de-anchorage, through bolts, moving existing machines to staging area, installation of new supports and through bolts, low voltage and programming coordination, installation of new machines.

Conversion of the 1st & 2nd floor of existing 2 story Medical office building to Autism center at Children hospital Orange County.
