We will walk through your site together to gain an understanding of your expectations and assess and define the scope of work to meet your needs. This is where we learn what matters to you and how we can bring your vision to life.
Plans & Design

Whether we are working off one of our digital plans or an Architect's, we consider them to be a streamlined master plan for outstanding collaboration and communication that spans the whole build from day one onward. We will value engineer and make recommendations.
Budget

We will begin to develop projects budgets, including project specs, allowances, schedule, milestones, and costs so you know exactly what to expect - from the start to finish.
Approval

We're not happy until our client is happy. Once the details are hammered out, we make sure the client gives us the go-ahead with a smile before we take the next step.
