Scope of work for Dry Room install
1) Build a prefabricated dry room.
2) Add 69 attachments from roof purlin to the top of the dry-room ceiling. Roof is 20′ tall, dry room lid is 8′ 6″ high so the 1/2″ all thread will have to be 12 foot long with splay wires 15 ft O.C.
3) Adding support to roof
4) Furnish and install new Armstrong vinyl tiles

Removed ceramic tile, self leveled the floor and install quartz tile and carpet tile.

Scope: Fire sprinkler leak (Area 1 Women’s restroom; Area 2 Workroom)
- Set up, and identify the leak
- Put the system on test
- Drain the pipes
- Remove the leaky fitting, and search for additional leaks
- Replace leaky pipes
- Clean up/haul away debris
- Replace approximately 12 ceiling tiles

Full conversion of former nursery unit to Geriatric Psych Unit including infrastructure upgrade
