Final Revision and Client Approval
We will draw up a comprehensive master plan and project budget. Project specifications, allowances, schedule, milestones and construction costs will be provided so you know what to expect from beginning to end.
In House On Boarding
After approval of the master plan, your dedicated Project Director will select and activate the team that will be dedicated to your project. The team will then be provided detailed assignments and personalized schedule for the execution of their roles in your project.
Client On Boarding
Your dedicated project director will review the process and procedures to ensure a smooth collaboration between your staff and ours. The schedule will be reviewed and any extra steps needed to comply with your policies and procedures.
Supply Chain & Materials Management
Our Project Coordinator manages, schedules and coordinates all materials before and during your project to ensure timely delivery, proper storage and handling, and planning with your facility. This help keep the project on track and on budget.
Preliminary Operations
In this stage we finalize all planning, training, scheduling of personnel and materials. Any necessary materials or facilities testing is done for quality assurance and proper execution of every step of the project.
Start of Project
Your project commences fully supported by an entire system, team and set of processes that have been planned weeks to months in advance. This mitigates unforeseen risk and creates an efficient project to increase timely execution of your project.
